Like the routine

I really liked the stretching routine where you follow along, after she teaches and explains all the stretches. That part is about 20 minutes, long enough to get some benefit, short enough so you actually have time to do it! Nice that you just follow, so you don't have to think about what to do next.

Good for stretching - & flexibility
personally think its a good dvd to have as a lot of pole classes do not have time for stretching... so good to have on hand
