Empowerment Through Exotic Dance was the first pole dancing school in the region established in 2005.



We have trained thousands of pole dance students and instructors.

We also offer the region's only certification program for instructors, recognized by the top fitness and pole dance organizations in the world and have trained instructors across the nation.

We continually travel the world to train and improve our own skills so that we can provide YOU with the best training and safest programs while you learn the newest moves in pole dance today.

We offer multi-level pole dancing for adult women of all ages, levels of experience and builds. We offer a variety of classroom and private lesson options for all skill levels from absolute beginner through advanced skills.

Our group classes are smaller sized so that you get more attention when you take a class with only 6-8 students in each group. Every student is given the attention and detailed instruction they require and deserve.

We also host pole dance parties at both of our locations so that you can celebrate any special occasion or just enjoy a fun evening out with your friends.

In addition to classes and private lessons we host student parties and other special events such as photo shoots, specialty workshops and class field trips both locally and abroad! We host pole jams with studios from all over the Midwest region and bring in championship guest instructors to our studio and special events.

The time I have spent with ME has been amazing, she is an A-1 instructor who knows her shit, and can teach and demo each move, I love being a part of this studio! I'm so thankful for finding her!

I am just finishing my first pole-dancing session. I loved it so much I have signed up for another. This class makes you feel strong, sexy, and confident. Shifting my attitude to the less serious side of myself energizes me throughout the rest of my week. I highly recommend trying a session to change your perspective of yourself and what you can accomplish.

Empowerment Through Exotic Dance, Ltd. in Frankfort, Illinois is fantastic! I've been taking lessons there for about a year and have found the instructors to be well-educated and professional. Safety is a priority, but the classes are fun and inspirational! Instructors are supportive and encouraging of each student, no matter what their level, or age. It's great to feel sexy and strong!

The instructors are amazingly talented, professional and fun! I love coming to class and have been taking classes at the Frankfort location for a few months. I love the small class sizes and feel right at home with my fellow classmates of all ages, backgrounds and shapes. I highly recommend Empowerment to everyone!
