Included are a sensual warm up on the pole, followed by a section that teaches 3 advanced styles of sexy pole dance.
The next three sections teach transitions, advanced spins, and advanced inversions.
The moves are then incorporated into a choreography which you can learn as is if you like. Of course you can also learn the moves on their own and add them to your own routines.
