Pole Dancing For Fitness is a general resource site on pole dancing. I am a retired fitness instructor and I no longer teach classes.

I do offer a free worldwide pole dancing directory, but I don't have any information on things like pricing or schedules for the studios and instructors who choose to list on this site.

To find this information, please visit the on-site directory and type your city into the search box. You can then click on the studios that interest you to view their directory listing, which will appear as a separate page on my website.

Each studio has their contact information listed on their page, so you can get in touch with them directly to get the information you need.
