Felix Cane is the best - she is clear and precise in her movements giving moves for beginners to advanced - her flexibility dvd is the best of them all I think! If you need to get your splits or any move with flexibility this DVD will get you that move!

Felix Cane was the first pole dancer I fell in love with on YouTube. Her flexibility is obviously insane, but I am most enthralled by her musicality and showmanship. I am most eager for her Pole Mastery DVD.

Love love love the flexibility DVD. Feel like I'm making big improvements every time I stretch. Also includes some stretches I haven't seen before and seems to hip all major muscle groups. Other DVDs are good, and the tricks are gracefully executed. Wish there was a bit more instruction, though. Warmups are a bit hard to follow along with as there is no voice over for them. Artistry DVD has some awesome tips for future performers, too.

The flexibility DVD is great and has some awesome variations for both beginner and advanced students. It really emphasizes stretching all parts of the body for pole!
