Beginners or Basic Improvements
by: Scarlett_707

I bought this DVD on amazon instant and used it a few times- unfortunately my TV is not in the same room as my pole so I used it more for the warm-up/cool-down stuff. I would say it’s a beginner level DVD, it helped me improve my form but a lot of the moves I already knew. The instructor is easy to follow & explains the moves well- but the music was def. not my taste- I would prefer no music so I could put my own on...
What I liked best about this wasn’t the actual DVD itself, it was the availability of it on amazon instant & the low price ($12 I think)- it helped that I could essentially try-it out before paying full price to purchase (it was around $24 when I looked for the physical DVD).

recommended for more advanced pole dancers who may want to improve their basics, for those who are just starting, its a great choice. It provides a thorough and yet easy to follow introduction to pole fitness, from warm to cool down and flexibility exercises. The moves are explained and demonstrated in detail along with very helpful tips.

Pretty Good DVD
by: Ash

I really like how they explain each move, and you get to see it a few times and get a really nice break down. It's really great for those who are trying to learn at home. It's also good because it covers so much- all the spins as well as basic climbs inversions too. At the end, they show some routines as well. Well rounded dvd's and very usefull.

Fab buy for beginners
by: Anon

Great, easy to follow beginners DVD. Includes video and written instructions to suit everyone along with safety advice.

Moves are shown slowly so they can be broken down as well as been shown at normal speed so you can see what you are working towards.

Downside is the background music.

Also recommended for more advanced pole dancers who may want to improve their basics, for those who are just starting, its a great choice. It provides a thorough and yet easy to follow introduction to pole fitness, from warm to cool down and flexibility exercises. The moves are explained and demonstrated in detail along with very helpful tips. The background music can get annoying after a while, but it's worth it.
