This DVD has received positive reviews for its focus on sensual movement, in addition to teaching tricks. For this reason, pole dancers who would like to incorporate more graceful transitions into their choreography may enjoy this DVD.
Included are a sensual warm up on the pole, followed by a section that teaches 3 advanced styles of sexy pole dance.
The next three sections teach transitions, advanced spins, and advanced inversions.
The moves are then incorporated into a choreography which you can learn as is if you like. Of course you can also learn the moves on their own and add them to your own routines.
