Meant as an introduction to pole dancing for beginners, this DVD teaches the basics on which you can build more challenging moves.

Edith, the instructor, has one of her students demonstrating some of the moves while she explains what's happening. Edith also shows some of the moves herself.

The moves are shown at different speeds, and they're broken down and explained as this is happening.

There's a short routine taught at the end, using the moves presented in the DVD.

I purchased this DVD and found it to have a few cool spinning moves, other than that the instructor looks at the camera like she is in the adult entertainment business. There are much better learning DVD's than this one. Save your money and look elsewhere.
