Established in 2007, Candy & Chrome is one of the longest running pole dance schools in the Cheshire & North Wales.

We are approved and regulated by the PDC which ensures quality, safety, and value for money.

Pole dancing exercise can burn anything between 300 and 500 calories per hour, helping you shed that excess weight, trim your waist, banish those bingo wings and give you an all over toned look without 'beefing out'.
