We have women of all ages, shapes and sizes come to us to learn the art of pole dance fitness, from students, to young professionals, and from mothers with families, to women that are retired.

The beauty is anyone can try it and most get addicted on their first try!

Based in Glasgow, our experienced and down to earth instructors can teach women from all backgrounds how to unleash that inner pole diva and do things they never thought possible! Our motto is Be sexy, Be fit, Be you and we at Twirl N Tone Pole Dance Academy really believe that.

Located at our brand new studio, The Pentagon Centre, Studio 317, 36 Washington Street, Glasgow G3 8AZ.

We offer unique 1 and a half hour classes

Regular master classes and workshops with some of the most famous pole and burlesque performers in the country.

Private one to ones available
