Room to Move Dance & Fitness is a women's fitness studio offering Pole Dance classes from beginner to advanced levels.
Our other classes include Zumba, Boot Camp, Chair dance, Total Body Conditioning, Buns Abs and Thighs, Pole Yoga and R.I.P.P.E.D training.
We're always adding new things too...
...like Yoga, TRX suspension, Bellydance, Hula Hooping, Pre and Post natal fitness, personal training and nutrition counselling.
We have workshops in Lapdance, Sensual floor work, advanced Pole tricks, Burlesque and Pole choreography.
We're always looking to add new and fun programs for our members and students!
We have 9 poles in the main studio, and there is an upstairs room for the classes un-related to pole dance.
The studio vibe is very relaxed, a great community of women who come to get fit and stay fit...but also have a LOT of fun while they're doing it!
At the moment, we are open only in the evenings, Monday to Friday and on Saturday morning. But as there is demand, there will be day classes.
We offer private lessons and private parties.
Private home parties are even possible for those who prefer.
