New studio - new schedule - call for details!
Pole Revolution (21 N. Union, Suite 201) is Colorado Springs' most unusual pole studio because it’s so small and so private.
I'm Diane Martin, Pole Revolution’s owner and only instructor.
I'm certified with PoleMoves Inc as an instructor of beginning and intermediate students.
My studio has just five poles (no weight limit), and that’s because I want you to have a positive, personal experience at my studio.
I love helping students who feel unattractive or clumsy to find their beauty and grace, and several of my students have thanked me for being so patient and encouraging with them. It’s not just about physical fitness.
I started learning pole dancing three years ago. I lost 20 pounds and four pant sizes and gained a positive self-image and a set of six-pack abs that many women half my age would give their right arm for. This is remarkable for a woman who has never before had any kind of fitness program she enjoyed enough to stick with!
I offer private lessons, closed-group classes and open-group classes; days, evenings and weekends. Private lessons are just you and me, so you don't have to worry about feeling intimidated by other students who you think are "better" than you are.
In closed-group classes, you hand-pick your own group of three or four friends. In open-group classes, anyone can sign up. Current students may also drop in for a lunchtime group workout, no charge.
Private lessons are $25 each, and if you bring a friend, I'll teach both of you for $35. Group classes are scheduled and paid in advance in series of four – closed-group $240 per series per group; open-group $60 per series per person.
Lessons are at least an hour long, but if we all have time, that often stretches a bit, because I'm a pole addict, and I love to see the sparkle in my students' eyes when they master a move they've been working on.
We host pole parties – birthday, bachelorette, anniversary. We encourage groups of students to do recitals for their closest family members. And I'll help you find a pole of your own if you're one of my students on a budget!
