Stretches for Pole Dancing Video Cover

If you're like many pole dance students, you've seen those super bendy pro pole dancers and thought "I'll never be that flexible!"

Well, Your Pole Pal is here to tell you that you CAN improve your flexibility by incorporating specific stretches for pole dancing into your training routine. Of course, it's going to take some commitment on your part, but the videos you'll find on this page should make the process a little easier.

Each of the videos in the playlist below focuses on one or more stretches to help you progress in your quest for greater flexibility. They'll also help provide some structure to make it easier to make them a regular part of your pole workouts.

Whether you need to work on loosening up your hips, improving the range of motion in your shoulders, or getting those legs nice and straight with longer, stretchier hamstrings, you'll find help here.

Remember though, flexibility is only one part of the pole fitness equation. Aiming for a perfect split, or a super bendy back, are great things to work on. But if you want to put those skills to use while you're doing tricks way up there on your dance pole, it goes without saying that you'll also need to work on building strength.

Fortunately, Your Pole Pal has another video collection focused on exactly that. After you've checked out the flexibility exercise videos on this page, you might want to pop on over to see all these fantastic videos with exercises for building pole dancing strength

But for now, let's get you started on improving your flexibility with the pole dancing stretches that you'll find in the video playlist below.
